hey dave just so you know it looks like "jigsaw falling into place" is actually the song "open pick" with a new title that comes from the last line of the song. how much you paying for it?
7 pounds. Already pre-ordered.
How come I can't download MP3s from this site anymore???Help!!I want 'videotape' goddamit!!
Thanks for this awesome compilation. A great companion to the two new CDs that are in the pipeline. I plopped down $82 for the discbox for no other reason than to balance out a few idiots who will pay $0.00 for it. If everyone paid at least $5.99 (U.S.) for the download, Radiohead's experiment can be the model for all bands to follow. $7.99 - $9.99 is a fair price for a physical CD, so downloads must be less. iTunes is taking everyone to the cleaners. Soon the labels will wise up, drop the prices and get back into the volume business. But when it comes to Radiohead... $82 is a deal for such a priceless treasure chest.
Thanks for posting these songs! I absolutely LOVE Radiohead and WILL be buying this cd! but it's nice to be able to hear them a little early! : )
cheers,
Shauna!
I can't decide on this new radiohead album yet. Everybody is exciting. But so far, my feeling. It's a nice relaxing post-rock. A well balance but not earth shattering.
maybe I am just jaded.
nice album,
i think it's the best album since hail to the thief.
radiohead is back on track
"last flowers" i think will become a radiohead favorite
"i think it's the best album since hail to the thief"
It's the only album since Hail To The Thief.
He meant the best album period, I think, not the best Radiohead album.
I'm thinking that "Spooks" became "Weird Fishes". Seriously, listen to "Spooks"/"Arpeggi" and it flows.
This is awesome. Thanks dude.
anonymous... the words "weird fishes" are in Arpeggi, so it's probably not another song.
I've been hanging out for an album version of 'nude' since trawling the internet for live versions of 'album no. 4' material post-OKC, and seeing the snippet of it being performed on 'meeting people is easy'...i think the band version is pure bliss - thanks a million for the mp3s!
The free thing is good because it is definitely better than selling albums today and being behind in sales. Now we can have websites debut albums and pay the costs of the recording process and in return get a million hits in a day. It really could be great. Plus, there is no decrease in quality. The album is great. There’s a great review in www.imposemagazine.com on the whole thing. It is good for the record industry and the band and esp. the fans.

Cheers!
